The inspiration for the name Copper’s Peak comes from our beloved adorable 5 year old mini golden doodle.  Meet Copper Jax!  Copper was a gift to our teen son during the height of the pandemic, as a companion during the shutdowns, although he quickly became a family companion.  His life did not start on a positive note however.  As soon as he was brought home, we realized that he was severely ill.  A visit to the nearest emergency animal hospital revealed that he was suffering from pneumonia.  He was instantly placed in an oxygen chamber and remained there for several days while on antibiotics and receiving supplementary oxygen.  He pulled through miraculously and has been spoiled rotten, since.  This spunky little guy is loved by everyone, and loves to bird, rabbit and squirrel watch, with the occasional chase in which he never succeeds.  He is the best traveler and loves visiting his name sake, Copper’s Peak.
